The Communication Institute of Greece (COMinG) warmly invites scholars, researchers, practitioners, doctoral students, and professionals from around the world to juin as at the 10th Annual International Conference on Communication and Management (ICCM2027), which will be held from 10 to 14 May 2027 in the region of Epirus, Ioannina, Greece, under the theme:

Reimagining Communication and Leadership in the Age of AI

ICCM2027 will take place in parallel with EDU2027 – 6th International Conference on Education, creating an interdisciplinary environment where communication, management, leadership, and education scholars can meet around a common challenge: how to rethink institutions, relationships, and futures in the age of AI.

Submit your paper and network with global experts in business, media, and communication.

When intelligence becomes automated, leadership becomes more human—not less.

Artificial intelligence is transforming the ways organizations communicate, make decisions, lead teams, manage knowledge, shape public narratives, and respond to uncertainty. From strategic communication and digital leadership to organizational culture, ethics, media ecosystems, and institutional trust, AI is rapidly redefining the landscape of communication and management.

Yet the most urgent questions of our time are not merely technological. They are profoundly human, organizational, ethical, and societal:

  • How should leaders communicate in environments increasingly shaped by automation, data, and algorithmic influence?
  • How can institutions preserve trust, responsibility, transparency, and inclusion in digitally accelerated contexts?
  • What forms of leadership are needed when communication is instant, global, and increasingly mediated by intelligent systems?
  • How can communication and management scholars help shape a future in which innovation strengthens—not weakens—human judgment, democratic values, and social responsibility?

The conference aims to provide a vibrant platform for knowledge exchange, critical reflection, and international collaboration. We welcome original research, conceptual work, empirical studies, case studies, practice-informed contributions, and interdisciplinary perspectives that explore how communication and management are being transformed by technological change—while also asking what responsible leadership should look like in response.
