OTHER PRESENTATION FORMATS (Round table discussions/ Poster Presentations / Workshops)
1. ROUND TABLE DISCUSSIONS (RTD) are ideal for presenting work in progress and engaging in deeper conversations.
Submission Format of RTD:
Submit the title of your research, along with three key points addressing: What is your research about?, How are you collecting your data?, What are the expected or possible outcomes?
Structure:
- 5-minute presentations per speaker, 4–7 speakers per table, One moderator per table
2. POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Poster sessions offer an opportunity for presenters—especially early-career researchers—to visually share and discuss their work in an informal and interactive setting. Please also send an abstract that will be published in the conference abstract book. Poster presentaer are also able to submit a full paper.
- All poster presentations must be conducted in English
- Bring your printed poster in A1 portrait size
- Same title and footer formatting as remote posters
- Format: A4 size, PDF file
- Title positioned at the top center
- Author(s), affiliation(s), conference name, and COMinG logo (provided upon request) positioned at the bottom right
- A provisional poster (in .doc or .pdf format) must be submitted for review and approval
- Posters will be displayed near the main conference rooms and identified by number in the program
- Posters will remain available for viewing throughout the event. Presenters will deliver a 5-minute oral presentation followed by a live discussion
- Presenters are responsible for mounting and removing their posters. Mounting equipment will be provided

3. WORKSHOPS (30–40 minutes)
Submission Requirements:
Applicants must demonstrate expertise and prior experience in the proposed subject area. Workshops should foster active participation, discussion, and collaborative learning.
Submission should include:
- Abstract (350 words max, excluding references), covering:
a) Wortkshop Theme and Title, b) Content and relevance to the theme, c) Aims and expected outcomes, d) Planned activities and structure
Suggested Structure:10 min: Introduction and topic overview/ 10 min: Interactive activity/ 10 min: Group discussion and reflection
Workshop Goals:Promote creativity, engagement, and idea exchange through interactive formats and reflective dialogue.

Session Chairs
Session Chairs play a vital role in ensuring that sessions run smoothly and on time. While Chairs do not provide commentary on presentations, they are expected to facilitate interaction and audience engagement—an essential component of international academic exchange.
Conference Awards
Awards might be given for the following categories:
- Best Presentation
- Best Round Table Discussion
- Best Poster Presentation
- Best Workshop
- Best Session Chair
Voting will be conducted anonymously by participants through Mentimeter during the conference.
