The aim of the panel, part of the 6th Annual International Conference on Communication and Management (ICCM2020), 3-7 May 2020,  is to bring together academics, researchers, and professionals, of all areas of Leadership and Management. You may participate as a research paper presenter, a session chair or as an observer.

Leadership and management in the area of Communication is the central focus of this panel. The process of communication, motivation, inspiration, guidance, and encouragement of being a manager and a leader needs to be adapted, improved and monitored. Volatile internal and external environmental forces affect modern society and organizations.  Strategic organizations rely on effective leadership to guide firms through the challenges of common priority issues.
