The registration fee is 200 euros for remote participation. For 2021, due to COVID19, although the conference is proposed in a hybrid form (face to face and remote) we propose that you first go for the remote participation fee, and depending on COVID19 condition you can decide on a later base to add for the face to face conference. From what we see until now (March 2021) most participants will go for the remote event (travel restrictions, current uncertainty). Even if you have already made travel arrangements to come to Greece and the conference is delivered in a remote form, you can still participate remotely. In case of a total remote event (that will be most probably the case), the participants that have paid the full fee will get a free voucher for a virtual event next year (2022).
Even if a remote conference would be our only choice, we will do our best to propose and promote all possible ways of interaction before, during, and after the conference (emails, remote meetings, and informal opportunities to meet, workshops, chats, etc.).
The registration fee for the face-to-face participation is 400 euro, covering access to all sessions, welcome drink, 2 lunches, all coffee breaks (coffee and refreshments), and conference material. In addition, free WiFi is provided at the event for people to connect with their own devices. Materials for the presentation of the participants (computer to upload each presentation, projector, microphone, etc) are also provided.
In addition, a number of cultural activities (educational events) are also organized for participants who choose to participate, such as a Greek symposium with music and dinner, a social dinner, a special Athens educational tour, a one-day educational island tour, a day trip to Delphi, and an Ancient Corinth and Cape Sounion visit (depending on the demand). There is a different fee for each of these activities. Details of the social program are available here. The registration fee should be paid before the conference. It covers the cost of processing your registration and it is NOT refundable.
