Romeo Teneqexhi is a pedagogue of Basic Circuit Theory at Polytechnic University of Tirana. He received a doctor in optical reading technologies from Polytechnic University of Tirana. His research interests include digital media, computer programming and online learning. Recent publications concern a new vision of teaching in universities using hi technologies and Internet.
He currently teaches “Basic Circuit Theory” and “Electrotechnic” at Polytechnic University of Tirana. Computer programming is his hobby. He has developed many computer application especially in the teaching and assessment area. He works in Polytechnic University of Tirana since 1988 when finished standings at Electrical Faculty and for the moment is director of Distance Education Center in Polytechnic University of Tirana. He has developed and proposes to implement in universities a new system for teaching using Transparent Interactive Screen-Board simulator.
