Conference Venue : A luxurious hotel accessible by the Metro and close to important sites and amenities. A special rate will be reserved for the conference participants, or accompanying persons (you will get more information by email after the acceptance of your abstract).
Conference Publication : Conference abstracts are published in a conference abstract book with an ISBN number which will be uploaded on the conference website immediately after the conference. This type of publication serves two purposes. First, we want our participants to have a main idea of the paper presented in the conference. Second, by doing so, the authors can receive comments useful to revise their papers before they are considered for publication in our Institute’s book or one of the journals proposed for the purposes of this conference.
All accepted papers will be peer reviewed and considered for publication in a special volume issued by our Institute. The peer review process starts immediately after the conference. The authors can review their papers again, in case for example they receive comments that might be useful. Additionally, selected papers will be published at the Journal of Media Critiques [JMC] and /or the Cambridge Scholars and/or the journal of Management and Training for Industries. Please consult the publication paper guidelines available at http://coming.gr/index.php/paper-guidelines/
Changes might be demanded if for example there is a comprehension problem (usually with English language) or other. Authors should do the changes (sometimes address their papers to native English speakers or professionals to correct them ). The objective is to publish papers at the journals with which we collaborate, as we want the best for our participants. Publication can take from some months to a year (as the process of paper corrections is long). In any case this depends mainly on the authors.
By submitting an abstract intended for presentation at one of our conferences, the authors warrants that the material has neither been previously published in any publication in peer review setting or presented at a meeting of any other scientific organization.
By submitting his work, the author(s) warrants that the paper is original and it does not infringe any copyright or other proprietary right. Additionally, the author warrants that his/her contribution has not been published elsewhere.
Last but not least, papers that are not presented by one of the authors, are not considered for publication and they are immediately removed from the program and the abstract book.
