Muhammad Faisol Chowdhury is an academic, consultant, and researcher of Human Resource Management (HRM) with many years of experience in corporate and academia. He is currently an Assistant Professor at University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh, and owner of Accord Centre (an HRM research, consultancy, training, resourcing firm). Faisol started his career with Westfield Group in Australia. After returning to Bangladesh he gradually positioned himself as the Head of HR at Techno Group of Companies, then the Chief HR Officer at Noman Group of Industries (the largest vertically integrated textile group of Bangladesh with 60,000 employees). As an academic, Faisol continues to teach in postgraduate (MBA) and undergraduate (BBA) programmes of many leading public and private universities of Bangladesh. As of 2016, he has authored over 12 scholarly articles, several conference proceedings, book reviews, and contributed articles to national newspapers and business magazines. He is an alumnus of the University of Stirling in Scotland, University of Western Sydney, and Charles Sturt University in Australia, and respectively completed his Master of Research in Business and Management, Master of Commerce in HRM & IR, Bachelor of Business Studies in HRM and Business Law. He also completed his Postgraduate Diploma in HRM from Association of Business Practitioners, England. He is an academic member of COMING, Greece, and fellow/member of many other international professional institutes and bodies in Australia, India, Scotland, USA, and Bangladesh.
