Chandra Reka Ramachandiran

Chandra Reka is a Senior Lecturer at Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus and her research domain extends from Green Computing to a variety of topics in the field of Human Computer Interactions. As a recognition of her research work, she was awarded the JASSO-UM scholarship to participate in the Asian Student’s Workshop on Image Sciences held in Japan.  Over her career, she has presented research papers in many top conferences and published extensively in various indexed international journals. Besides that, she also acted as the technical committee member for many IEEE and International conferences. Her tangible research outputs qualifies her to be chosen as a reviewer for well-established international journals. Thus far, she has been granted with external grant (FRGS) from the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia and the ERFS grant (Emerging Researcher Funding Scheme) awarded by the Taylor’s University. Besides this, she is also a professional member of the IEEE Computer & Society and Japan Society of Kansei Engineering.

Currently, she teaches programming courses such as Object-Oriented Programming, Introduction to C++ Programming and JAVA Programming at the undergraduate level for the American Degree Program.
