Carlos E. Ríos-Collazo
A proud son of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dr. Ríos-Collazo is an academic and research contributor to the mission of the King Graduate School of Monroe College. The emphasis of his support includes the study of social justice matters. Part of his independent research interest involves the role of Emotional Intelligence in the success of law enforcement executives.
Dr. Rios-Collazo earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organizational Leadership from the John Wesley School of Leadership of Piedmont International University. The scope of his published dissertation is on the Emotional Intelligence of online educators advancing success in the American private sector. He also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (DJur) degree.
In addition to serving as a member of the National Organizational of Black Law Enforcement Executives, the Hispanic National Bar Association, and the National Association of Scholars, he is also an academic and research contributor to the mission of the Communication Institute of Greece.
