Chyna Teresa Trible, M.S. holds her M.S. in Communication and Media Technologies from the School of Communication at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, New York, USA. She also possesses a B.S. in Advertising & Public Relations with concentrations in Italian Language and Culture and Latina Studies (Brazilian Portuguese), also from RIT. Teresa is actually and Instructor teaching Public Relations/Communications with the Visual and Performing Arts Department at the Finger Lakes Community College in Canandaigua, New York, USA. She was blessed to have worked abroad while studying the Italian language and culture with this degree and hopes to have the opportunity to return to conduct research one day. While a graduate student at RIT Chyna Teresa was privileged to guest lecture in a myriad of communication and research methods courses, as well as conduct her Master’s Thesis research under the guidance of the accomplished Mass Communication researcher and Graduate Program Director, Dr. Rudy Pugliese. Her previous research theses (undergraduate and graduate) have been presented at renowned conferences, the most recent being the ICCM 2015 in Athens, Greece. Chyna Teresa hopes to continue research in the areas of Mass Communication, specifically investigating identification with athletes spanning boarders. Likely, the Ph.D. route will be the next step in her career trajectory!
